You have to upload one in Gravatar.
It's free and you make it in 5 min.

Once you created your account, select one picture from your computer / laptop or from a page.
Edit the photo / image and that's it.
Now, you go to your profile page *mcpz.net* and click in your avatar.
Select " Use Gravatar "
Enter your email and test.
