Question
In ES, is killing a stealing someone's stuff warnable or bannable or anything (I don't want them to get banned but yeah I want my stuff back)
 
If you mean taking someone's stuff when you kill them them, yes as long as they have their pvp enabled. However abusing a glitch to kill someone when their pvp is not enabled is not allowed.
