Okay, I was bored so this happened.
But beware: This game it utterly stupid.

Okay, there aren't really any proper rules, but the aim of the game is to distract the other player and steal their cookie.
E.g
Person 1: I set fireworks off and you look at them. My Cookie now!
Person 2: The ice cream man is up the road. My Cookie!
Etc.
This game is amazingly pointless.
