Murder Ranks

Now the ranks have been put in place what is the order?

I know there is Iron, Obsiedion and cobblestone rank but also if there is more can you please tell me them and the order?

Dirt, Cobblestone, Coal, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Obsidian (I think)

The order in which MMG said is correct. Obsidian tells the rank number (#200-1)
