<Alvin's POV>
The other part of me enjoys this and wants to keep going.
That side is growing, making the other shrink.
Soon, I will become a relentless killer.
This is not how this game ends.
<Dog's POV>
I have been walking around, trying to find the murderer. I have already heard two knives and two bodies falling to the floor.
Iron gun in hand, I began to wander quietly through a dark hallway. There was a room at the end of it.
I quietly opened the door, and I was shocked at what I found inside.
A body lying on the bed.
I bent my head to get a better look at who this once was.
Gigo.
I scanned him, trying to look for a clue that may lead to the murderer.
Nothing.
But between the splatters of blood on his tunic, I saw a teardrop, unmoving at the center of his chest.
The murderer must have not wanted to do this.
Something gleamed behind him, and I saw an emerald, lying against the bush. I picked it up and left, looking back at the body of Gigo before coming out the door.
As I quietly closed the door, I saw Alvin near the fireplace, laying down and looking at the ceiling.
I stalked up to him and said, "Alvin?"
Apparently, it startled him, because he sat up very quickly.
"What is it?" Alvin asked.
"What are you doing?"
"I don't really know."
"Why are you laying on the ground?"
"I told you, I don't really know."
I glared at him with a look of concern on my face.
Alvin stared back, and he finally got up.
"Fine," he said. "Where do you wanna go?"
"This way, I guess." I replied.
We started down yet another dark hallway.
We looked and saw B00m up ahead, with a yellow shirt.
"Hey, guys!" B00m called.
I waved at him. Alvin just slightly nodded.
"How many emeralds do you guys have?" B00m asked.
I took three emeralds out of my bag. Alvin took three as well.
"Nice!" B00m took four emeralds out of his bag.
"Have you seen any other emeralds?"
"Nope," Alvin replied. "But I'm gonna go in this room to find some. See ya!"
"Bye, Alvin!" I called out.
That left me and B00m talking in the little passageway.
<Alvin's POV>
I didn't want to kill them.
I won't kill them. At least, that's what I'm telling myself.
Don't kill them.
Don't kill them.
Don't kill them!
But I just couldn't help myself.
I busted the door open, and sprinted towards Dog and B00m.
B00m looked at me and said to Dog, "Look out behind you!"
Dog turned around, but before he could shoot me, I thrusted the knife through his chest, killing him instantly. I crept towards B00m, and he began to call out, "It's-"
But before he could say more, I threw my knife at his throat, blocking any other words he was about to say.
I looked at the two dead bodies.
Oh my God.
I ran into a room that turned out to be a bedroom with a mirror.
I looked into the mirror and finally saw myself.
My eyes had turned red, and my tunic and knife were covered in blood.
What have I turned into?
