I'm concerned on the who can join the club bit of the advertisement club page, I don't think that being a PZCity citizen could be treated as "racism". Is it in the rules that a club can restrict the flow? because PZCity is a big thing that used to have a warp.

I don’t see why you can’t limit who can join it, some people just make clans for friends to join so I don’t see an issue with you making one for your PZCity.
