I'm applying for helper and my parents don't want me getting teamspeak and my ultimate dream is to be staff. Is there a substitute? I heard some people say MineChat, if that I correct can you answer the follow questions?

Do you have to show your face and voice in Minechat?
Is it a sub for teamspeak?

Minechat is an app that you use to connect to PC minecraft servers through mobile. It is not a substitute for teamspeak.
Teamspeak is required for you to have as a Helper. However you do not actually need to talk in Teamspeak, as there is a regular typed chat available.
