Hello Soon-To-Be-Apprentices,


If you are Receiving this letter it means you have been accepted to be a member at Magus Princeps Altima, or more Commonly known as Mage High. Here you will meet new friends and learn like you never have before. I assume you are aware of the leveling system used in the school but just in case you aren’t, I will go through it with you when you come for your trials.


You are required to fill out the attached form if you are willing to enter our school, giving us some information about you so that I can sort you into your classes.


Everyone will be required to take general studies:

(Maths, English, History, Geography, Science of Magic & Basic Elemental Magic)

But you will have the choice between these subjects:

(You may choose as many as you want, two is the recommended amount)

• Beast Taming - In this subject you learn to tame your own beast who will be your partner for the rest of the lessons you partake in for the rest of the year. During your studies you will learn how to care for animals and your partner. You will also take part in training your partner to become the best.
  
  
• Martial Arts - In this subject you learn how to combine your magic with the art of a variety of combat styles. The aim of this lesson is to be able to conjure your soul into a being who can work beside you in the shape a Mythical being. Maybe if you are skilled enough you will be able to create your own style of combat which goes with your magic.
  
  
• Combat Magic - This subject is pretty straight forward. You learn new and more advanced types of magic then you would in Basic Elemental Magic and how to weaponise it. As a part of testing students all combat students take part in duels during Friday’s lessons every fortnight
  
  
• Puppetry - This subject is naturally chosen by those of a more mischievous nature but is occasionally chosen by those with high aims in politics for reasons you will find out soon. In puppetry you will learn to control the will of simple puppets and control them eventually without the use of a stylus and with pure brain power. Just a quick note if you are taking this subject: CONTROLLING HUMANS IS ILLEGAL
  
  
• Golem Mastery - This subject is usually chosen by those of strong will and good earth abilities as this subject is about the creation and control of battle Golems. Battle golems are used in fights as tanks which allow the controller to stay safe and to pass a lot of damage. Although they can’t use magic the Golems are formidable opponents who hit hard in battle.

You will also be required to turn up to the school earlier than the usual start of the year so that you can take your required entrance exam.

Personality: Alteca is Loyal to a fault and will never let any of his friends get injured if it’s the last thing he does. Because of this he keeps himself to himself and stays away from making friends as he knows it will mean injury to him in the future but sometimes he can’t help it. He is a natural leader and is very strategically smart.
Looks: Alteca has silver shaggy shiny hair. He has a scar below his left eye. He has bright glistening green eyes. He usually wears a red jumper accompanied by black skinny jeans or red jeans.
Backstory: Alteca grew up in a small town on the outskirts of society where he would spend his days out in the nearby forest alone climbing trees and reading books and practising elemental magic. His favourite books were fantasy books and the Theory of Magic books.

Personality: Niji is a kind and sincere soul who couldn’t hurt a butterfly if he tried, but gets anxious nevertheless about doing anything that could possibly be presumed evil or off-the-books. He may try to engage and be interactive, but this can often end up in sudden silence when he’s afraid about what he could’ve said. Niji is scientifically minded, having always had an interest in science, specifically physics and chemistry. Sometimes he’ll get frustrated about his emotions and how they affect his judgement, and often looks upon his personality from a third person perspective almost.
Looks: Niji has deep blue eyes, with coppery (red/brown) hair that he barely tries to style or do anything with, but lets it grow out. He wears a dark blue hoodie, with typical grey jeans and blue high-tops. He also noticeably wears a bandana most of the time, lined with stripes of colour.
Backstory: Niji used to be fairly competent in elemental magic, until his significant ability began developing way too early. He would accidentally turn water into poison or air into noxious gas. Hence, restrictions were placed on him by the magical authorities, that limited his elemental abilities and delayed his significant ability.

Personality: Marica is a very level-headed person, never being too dramatic and seeing things in an objective perspective. She’s honest, and most often won’t twist the stories she’s told. She treasures the things she’s given and people she meets, as well as he memories she makes with them. She is normally very observant and can sense others’ emotions. Marica is also pretty confident and friendly with others. She can joke around and be mischievous at times, but only with people she’s close with.

Backstory: She used to fight a lot, as she lived on the wrong side of the town, but she always got hurt. Her parents were never there, and she was all alone.

Personality: Snarky, sarcastic, hates people, very quiet, angry, easy to anger, likes the peace and quiet, lonely, pushes people away before they reject them, rarely shows emotion unless it's anger, dangerous, a risk taker, quick to move, smart, intelligent, wise, has a bunch of demons in their head (both figuratively and true), loves nature, reading, wolves and animals.

They never stand up right, always leaning on something or slightly on a tilted the way they stand.
Backstory: Nox was born in a hospital with perfect health, their mother left them in the hospital only to be given to their father. They lived with their father for six years in a normal way until their seventh birthday were their body changed, they gained spikes down their spine for a week, doing their best to hide it from their father. Nox's father noticed and was horrified at what their child could do, after the week ended Nox's spikes were gone and they were back to normal. When they turned eight they fully turned into a creature, a wolf, their father was frightened of his child and what he raised, he threw Nox into their room and left them in there until they changed back, a month later Nox was still a wolf and their father gave in. He took his life when Nox came rushing in, recently turning back to a human, Nox saw as their father died, holding his hand and screaming "I'm sorry. I'm sorry, come back, come back." The neighbours called the Police who came into the house to see the child clinging to their father's body. After that Nox was sent to an orphanage till they got the invitation for Mage High.

Personality: Delilah is very sweet, but an observer. She never really puts herself into other people's drama, unless she's been dragged into it. She really doesn't mind giving other people comfort and advice, but she cannot do it all the time. She constantly has doubts about herself, but she always keeps it in her mind, since she really doesn't talk. She's very gullible, and can become curious easily. She's also very truthful, she hates lies.
Looks: Delilah stands at 5"1, and has a more chubby body, with wider hips and broad shoulders. She has a rounder face shape, with almond shaped eyes and a button nose. Her eyes are blue-ish grey, and she has lightly tanned skin. Her hair is light brown, and wavy. It does down to her lower back. She usually wears a lavender colored long sleeve dress, with black leggings. Her shoes are white high-tops which are overworn, but loved. Around her eyes, it looks as if her skin is cracking, like a doll.
Backstory: Delilah was born into a family in which they didn't seem to like her. She was the only one in that family with powers, besides her grandmother. They were always together, until sadly her grandmother passed away. When she turned 10 years old, she discovered her ability to transform into a wolf, and she frightened her family, to the point where they kicked her out. She stayed in the forest, because in her mind, it was where she belonged. She got an invitation to this school and decided to go, so she can prove her parents wrong and make her grandparents proud.

Personality: Simon will come of as ‘a little rude’ to most people, though he’s very light-hearted and joyful. He’s always quick to try and cheer someone/people up in a depressing mood. Despite being all cheerful, he’s very clumsy and will most likely be caught a bunch of times, he doesn’t think before he says anything, being the one to sometimes say something wrong, and he doesn’t think before he does anything, getting people/himself in trouble. He’s still a little sassy and rude to this day.
Looks: He has messy dark brown hair (that’s short might I add) that fades to a light brown at the tips of his bangs. He stands at 6’5’’ and is skinny, but a little buff lol. He has unnoticeable scars on his arms and chests from various things, as to tripping, getting attacked by a dog (dogs h a t e him), etc.
As for what he wears, he wears just a simple white t-shirt and some edgy ripped pants and has basic running shoes (they’re white).
Not to mention, he has heterochromia (different eye colours), one eye is a deep grey-green and the other is a blue-grey colour.
Backstory: Simon was basically spoiled as a kid, he would always get what he wanted and his parents would always praise him (basically abusing Simon in a way), Simon loved it. He was praised at school as well. He usually bullied kids for the fun of it, not showing any remorse or mercy. Until a female from their class did the unthinkable. After that, Simon changed, he moved away and started again, this time, being the cheerful person he is today.

Personality: She's nervous, and quiet. She's very cowardly around others, as well. She's pathetic, and weak, quite the pushover. She never defends herself nor does she try to fight back against others. She gives in easily, and tries to stay away from intimidating people. She is scared around males, as they remind her of her twin brother. She loves animals/creatures and plants, and they seem to love her. Animals/creatures easily trust her, and baby animals/creatures see her as a mother. She often rescues sick, homeless, or injured animals/creatures, or helps dying plants. She's scared most of the time, and she visibly shivers when she's around her twin, you can tell she's traumatized of her twin. She can't defend herself, and she's clumsy.
Looks: She has short curly hair, with no bangs in the middle, but bangs on the side, that slightly go over the top over her eyes. Her hair is taffy pink, and her eyes are coral. She has a brown skin color, and darker brown freckles that go from cheek to cheek, and over her nose. She's always wearing headphones either on her head or around her neck. She has large circle glasses and wears a tan scarf. She wears a mint green oversized hoodie, with striped sleeves that are mint green and black. She wears long socks, one of the socks are mint green and black striped while the other sock is mint green with black dots. She's often seen with bruises, scars, or bandages on her face or body, but when people ask about it she pretends she didn't hear them and walks away shivering. She's short, at 4'6, and is often seen with a scared or sad look on her face. She ALWAYS wears a locket with a picture of her before she became transgender, smiling next to her mother. She has a feminine face, cute appearance, and a bit high-pitched girl voice.
Backstory: Warning: It's Long He was born incredibly feminine, with a twin brother who was seconds older than him. His brother always abused him, and dominated over him. His twin always laughed at how pathetic Shimi was. His father always gave his twin more attention, and rarely talked to Shmi, acting like Shmi wasn't even there. Shmi's mother on the other hand, loved him and protected him from harm as much as she could. Shmi was bullied and laughed at his entire life for being feminine, and the leader of the bullies was always his twin brother. Shmi moved school after school, and always came home with either a bruise or a cut. At the age of 14, Shmi found out about transgenders, and decided to be one. By the age of 15, he became homeschooled. Even so, his twin insulted him when his parents weren't looking. His twin gave him the nickname "Disgrace To Men". Shmi's mother was the only person Shmi truly cared about, but until a week ago...His mother was sent to the hospital with a illness that couldn't be cured. Shmi was told by the doctors that she's going to die soon, and so Shmi got a heart-shaped locket and put a picture of him smiling with his mother, before he turned transgender, in it so he can always remember her. Shmi decided he wanted to move away from his home, Hawaii, and go to school again. Up to this day, he still wears the locket, and his mother is still in the hospital, dying. This saddens him dearly, and he can cry easily when someone else mentions the word "Mom" or "Mother". If someone in the story asks him about his locket or past, he tells them it easily, so they won't bug him about it. He doesn't hide the fact that he's transgender, and is willing to tell people. Also, at some point in the story, if you need something to put could you make Shmi get a call about his mother's death? If not it's fine, but if you need drama you could always do that.

Fears: She has a fear of others, and of males since they remind her of her twin brother. But what scares her the most is her twin brother. Her twin brother is like a nightmare to her, after many traumatizing things that her twin did to her in the past.
Strengths: Her agility, speed, and reflexes are her best strengths. She's agile and fast, and she reacts to things quickly. She's weak and can't defend herself, but she is flexible and able to escape situations.

Personality: On the outside, sweet and innocent, on the inside psychotic and cruel.
Looks: Purple hair, with one grey eye and one purple eye, red overalls with a white shirt, purple flower crown and a purple flower glued to the right side of her overalls strap.
Backstory: Kai was raised in a very poor family, and had little to live off of, then one day when she was 6 and 1/2 she was all alone on the streets in the dark, a mysterious creature picked her up and carried her to the forest, she poked it's nose and it gently licked her and set her down in a tree, when she awoke there was a female Fennec fox/Cat standing above her smiling, and 2 older one's starting darkly into my eyes, from that day on I grew cat ears, and a cat tail : )

Personality: He's cruel, and mean. He enjoys watching others suffer, and likes to hurt people, plants, and creatures. He hates people that are weak or different. He insults people no matter who they are, and acts like he's better than everyone. He doesn't show mercy, nor does he pity anyone other than his twin. He only pity's his twin so he can toy with his happiness even more. He likes to toy with people's emotions, and destroy their happiness. He doesn't show emotion toward anyone, the only emotion he shows is anger. He is hot-headed and easily angered, he's also very hostile toward anyone and anything. He enjoys hunting animals and burning plants for the fun of it, and he enjoys to intimidate other people.
Looks: He has coral eyes. His hair is dark blue with red tips, and his skin is brown. His facial expression is always angry or hostile, and he stands at 6'1, and has a scar going down his right eye. He wears a dark grey hoodie with the sleeves ripped off, with text that says "Fear Me" in red, the text dripping to give a blood-kinda vibe. He wears dark blue jeans, and has a black spiked collar around his neck, and 2 spiked bracelets on each wrist, his right wrist has a red spiked bracelet and a black, while his left has 2 black spiked bracelets. He has 2 earrings per each ear, and a piercing on his lower lip. He has flame tattoos going down his right arm. The right side of his head is shaved, while the other side has spiky hair going down it. He wears all this to look intimidating to others, so other people will see not to mess with him.
Backstory: He was born with a twin brother, who was wimpy and pathetic to him. His father praised Shya, and Shya grew up strong and intimidating. Nobody ever messed with him, and he had multiple people praise him. This caused him to get cocky and think he can do whatever he wanted, so he began to hurt others. He turned into a bully, and over-time, he began to dress the part. As time went by, he became more and more mean. He loved to mentally and physically hurt his twin brother, and so he hunted animals a lot to make his twin brother cry. By the age of 14, his twin became transgender, and this bugged Shya. Shya began to insult his brother more and more, till his brother became a pushover. By the age of 16, Shya had full control over his twin, and used him as both a slave and a punching bag. A week ago, when their mother got sick, Shya's twin became more depressed and gave in to Shya completely. When Shya found out his twin planned to go to school again, he decided to surprise his twin by coming to school as well. Shya plans to bully his twin, and always stay by his twin brother so it's hard for his twin to make any friends, he doesn't care if he hurts, shoves, or abuses his brother in public. Read Lakshmi's backstory to fully understand Lakshya's backstory.

Fears: He fears that one day his victims will learn that they don't have to be Shya's toy and will overcome Shya, this fear makes him more hostile toward people so that he never has to surrender to people he considers "Worthless".
Strengths: He's both strong and intimidating. He's not fast, but his offense is quite high. His looks can throw an opponent off guard at times, as well. However, he doesn't listen to anyone, and isn't a team player AT ALL. He's willing to let his team die if it means he wins.
