I created a post a couple of days ago, About MCPZ got talent someone asked me if it doesn't get implemented can you host it before karaoke or on Sunday (tomorrow) can I do this since I am not part of the event team?

You can host it, but it will not be an official server event. Although, if you would like to see this implemented as a server-wide event in the future- you can suggest it for us on the Event Team here! You are always allowed to do your own thing on our Teamspeak, as long as it's appropriate of course. If you are wanting to give out prizes, you would need to find someone to purchase them or purchase them yourself since it's not an official PZ event.
