uhm....
Like.. Maybe meters for your stats, like hunger, (ikr we already have that..) thirst, money, health.

Health could be cool! If you catch a contagious sickness then maybe you slow down, you get a warning sign when you have to puke, nausea, etc, and the only way to get better is to go to a hospital or rest in bed. Kinda a way to get people to take a break off of their computers while they heal.
