Does anyone know what packets are? Every time I'm lagging it says 'You are sending too many packets!' Then i get kicked

packets are sent to the server and from the server, they are basically packets of information. Some mods can cause this issue if they are sending too much info or expecting too much

I had this issue when i was testing the Christmas gadgets if i spammed it.
