You can write your text or images inside of a [.spoiler] [/spoiler] and it will do this
Or, if you see the icons above the text box you write in, if you click the 4th icon from the end, which looks like a newspaper with an I in it, then click on “Spoiler” it will create a spoiler for you to save you typing out the words yourself.
