Hi, I was thinking about applying for helper here on PZ, but I was wondering some of the things staff can DO. If you could get back to me on this, that would be great. Thanks

Your question is a bit vague so the answer may not be completely what you were looking for. Staff have the ability to punish players with commands, to turn their rank on and off (for purposes to follow rule-breakers), turn invisible and countless more things.
