how do you do stuff with signatures, to direct someone to a link? like that (link below)

and then im able to click on like "apply for helper"

First, click on signature, then type the message you want to type (for example: "click here to apply for helper"), get the link and copy it, go back to your signature, select the entire message, then click on the chain and paste the link. The link should now be blue and have an underline (should look something like this). When you go to click on it, it will bring you to the webpage you have linked to that message.
