I'm unable to join the server although I don't have any obvious connection problems and my friends are able to join. If I am banned could you tell me when I was and why? Thanks.

There’s a few things you could try to resolve this problem, I’ll list a few now;

•Go on your server list, press ‘Direct connect’, then type in ‘creative.mcpz.net’ and connect,
•If you have purchased a rank, go on your server list, press ‘Direct connect’, then type in ‘vip.mcpz.net’ or ‘elite.mcpz.net’, depending on your rank, and connect,
•Shut down your minecraft and the minecraft launcher, then load it up again and try and connect to PartyZone,
•If none of the above work, I’d suggest deleting and redownloading minecraft— don’t worry, you won’t have to pay again.
