What if something changes from your application to the community? Say if one were to say they didn't have/use teamspeak, and while waiting for a response, they ended up picking it up and using it regularly?

Staff will usually notice if a user who has submitted an application uses Teamspeak regularly or not as there are many staff who do use TeamSpeak regularly.
