Is there an age limit where you should stop Trick or Treating?

So today, I was told that I'm too old now to trick or treat.
I mean it is Halloween and it's meant to be fun for everyone!
Yet, my hopes and dreams of getting dressed up and knocking on peoples doors for sweets and candy got crushed.
Is there an age limit to stop doing it? Let me know please what you think ^.^
 
NO DON'T DO IT (the part about to not trick or treat)

Halloween is meant for everyone to have fun and get free candy. If people are saying that you're too old to Trick or Treat, don't listen to them. To some individuals they find Trick or Treating to be immature, but come on. Who doesn't love free candy? If you love doing it, don't stop because others think that you're childish. When / if you decide that you don't want to go Trick or Treating anymore, then just stop, but don't make others feel bad about themselves. Anyways, Happy Halloween! I hope you decide to go Trick or Treating!
 
I'm 17 and i still trick or treat, but mostly so my sister and my cousin can get into it.
 
I know a 26 year old man that still trick or treats just cover your face and you'll be good ;) Well, unless if you're tall. Meaning, you can't be "too old"
