It would seem that the lobbies are currently down, nothing more. This issue has been here for a little bit, but it never elevated to this magnitude. I know for a fact that the server is not shutting down, though. The higher staff have been notified, and it will be fixed as soon as possible. For now, if you can't connect to the lobbies, you can try using the creative IP. It works for some people. The creative IP is creative.mcpz.net. Either way, there is no need to be worried. I hope this clears things up a bit.
