Yes, of course it is! It brings attention to the server and helps the community grow, although everyone has their opinion on whether that's a good thing or not.
Its kinda good but sometimes ''Player(s)'' Like to cause lag in creative or disobey the staff or bring hax stuffs but when ''Good'' Player(s) like meh join we ''Donate'' to the server if we like it or to keep it running thats 1 good thing so...i would say good but in other cases bad...?
Yes. It is. Popularity is incredibly useful. The Admins and Owners are working hard and they are achieving a lot from their brilliant ideas. Popularity is a great source of income for keeping the server up. The more popular it is, the easier it'll be to update and maintain the server as there'll be more people to donate.

I think popularity is good because first of all, it helps keep the server running. But also I like meeting new people and being able to communicate with people all around the world.

New players are awesome to have on the server, and like you all said with the popularity it helps the server to keep on working smoothly. However those who chose to disobey any rules or try to hack the right punishment must be delivered. Either that means /mute /ban /banip /kick. this server need players, but the kind of players who care and follow the rules and maybe even donate. With any server we all want nothing but good and awesome things and even growth overall. We all must welcome all doesn't matter who they are, where their from, how they act, what they say, etc.

Popularity could also be bad due to the fact that the YouTubers playing it, when the show the IP, players will go on just to find them and then once YouTubers have finished off the Murder hype, they leave and probably try to message spam the YouTubers. That could also mean more hackers and rule breakers.
