Is anyone else having youtube problems?

Does anyone else have the issue where youtube will be very slow or it'll get to a video, and like...go slow and then the page will crash/be unresponsive?
i really hope i'm not alone in this D:

I'm not having problems, but I use the Google app on my phone for Youtube so that might be something >.<

I'll try to explain it, Alright so when you connect from your home etc. you are connecting to a host somewhere else in the world but I'm sure that youtube is hosted in the United States, and while you're connecting you have something called ping, the lower your ping is the better your connection will be to that host, there are ways to check your ping but I forgot how to check ping on windows but I know how to do it on macOS.
