My brother (somehow) got onto my account and spent spent 80,000 coins that I was going to spend on upgrades, on hats. This took me months to get so is there any way I can remove all of my newly bought hats and get my money back?

I'm afraid all purchases are final as there is no proof that can be given to prove this did happen. As per our protocols, your account is your responsibility and anything the account does is held against that account regardless of who is using it. Sorry!
