Hello hello! Is this on? Okay just making sure.
Anyways, since I actually enjoyed writing about Leviathan I decided to make a story, that will consist of a few chapters, which will describe her childhood. If you don't know who Leviathan is, please read the wonderful story 'The Missing' by @HelloColdWorld
Hope you enjoy!

Leviathan listened to the snow crunching under Mark’s heavy, black boots. She had recently just woken up from a simple cat nap, though it felt like she slept for years. She looked up at Mark, taking in his facial features. He had a strong jawline, and his hair was blonde, just like the goatee he was supporting. His eyes were small, green, and held tons of kindness that made her feel..safe. She jumped when she heard him speak, “Since ye are awake, I wanted to know about ye uh..family.” She could see that Mark felt a bit awkward asking that question. She thought for a moment, then spoke, “They..w-were ho-horrible sir..they made m-me feel li-like I wa-was nothing..maybe I a-am nothing..” She started to mumble, tears building up in her eyes. “You’re something, want to know what?” She looked at Mark, and nodded. “Well, you’re my new daughter, is that alright?” She smiled, tears streaming down her cheeks, “Y-Yes s..dad! It’s alright!” Mark smiled back, “That’s good, anyways, we’re home.”

A young man, in his late teens had unlocked the door to his run-down home. He saw everything inside was unkempt, and completely trashed. Anger boiled in his body, and he bellowed, “Leviathan! Get your damn back end in the living room now!” He waited, there was no noise. He’d growl and storm up the rickety stairs, and straight into a small room. He was about to scream, when he saw no one was in the room. He went into the room and started to rummage through everything, and pretty much destroyed it. He was breathing heavily, and twitching, “Wh-Where..is s-she..” He ran into his parents’ room, and saw the drop of blood on the bed sheet. He thought to himself, then ran down the stairs. That’s when he saw the back door wide open. He flashed a sickly grin, “The woods huh Levi..? Alright, I’ll play your game..” He walked out the back door, and into the forest, following small footprints in the snow.

Leviathan slowly turned her head to a small, but cozy looking log cabin. She could see two young boys, a young girl, and a middle aged looking woman. The youngest boy, who looked a bit like Mark glanced at the window, and seemed to be talking to the others in the house. The woman smiled, before getting up from her rocking chair. Her head snapped to the door, which slowly opened to reveal the woman again. “Oh Mark get inside! It’s freezing darlin’!” Mark chuckled, and rushed into the cabin. Inside it was warm, and it smelled like cinnamon rolls. Everything looked vintage, and so clean, unlike her old home. She felt herself being lowered to the ground, and she got out of Mark’s arms. Her attention went to the three kids playing with toys in the middle of the room. She studied their features. The youngest one, who saw her earlier, had the same bleach blonde hair as Mark, but he had blue eyes, like the older woman. She looked at the girl, who was the tallest, and probably the oldest. She had strange silver hair, which was in two pigtails. Her eyes were hazel colored, and squinting right at Levi. Perhaps she was staring for too long. At last, she looked at the other boy, when she looked at him, she felt her cheeks grow warm and her stomach held butterflies. The boy had tan skin, and jet black hair, which was extremely curly. His eyes were chocolate brown. “Oh dearies, please introduce yourselves..” She heard the woman speak. The blonde haired boy stood up first. “My name is u-uh, Pentil Hothrok! You can uh er..call me Pent.” Next the girl stood up. “Name’s Mune, and don’t call me Mu!” She emphasized the word ‘don’t’. She nodded, and watched the last boy stand up. “Hola! I’m Jericho! Nice to meet you,” She noticed the hispanic accent. She thought for a moment, then spoke, “My na-name is Leviathan Inges..yo-you can ca-call me Levi..” She was mostly mumbling. “Leviathan? That’s a strange, but cute name,” The woman sat back down in the rocking chair. “I’m Blair Hothbrok, Mark is my husband, and Pentil is my wonderful son. Mune and Jericho are simply his friends.” Leviathan turned to look at Mark, then she looked at the others. Mark gently put his hands on Levi’s shoulders, “Welcome to your new family, Leviathan Hothbrok.”

Leviathan Hothbrok. Now she was going to have to get used to saying that, or she could just use her real last name for different purposes. She stared at the family for what seemed like an eternity, until she broke down into tears. Happy tears, something she never experienced, until now. She could feel several warm arms wrap around her. A real family hug, besides for one person. Mune was glaring at the group, she was more than jealous, she wanted all the attention from the boys. She knew that Levi was going to be blocking her path. Leviathan opened her eyes to see Mune glaring at her, which made her recoil. Why would she be glaring? They just met each other, but then she realized, she was stealing all the attention. She’d let go, and smile at her new family and friends.

While Leviathan was enjoying her new found family, someone was on the prowl for her. That someone was Jameson, her older brother. He huffed and puffed, following the tiny footsteps that matched the same pair of boots his little sister always wore. It was starting to snow even more, and the footsteps Levi had left behind were starting to fade away. Jameson fell to the ground, and slammed his fists in the snow. He yelled, “I will find you Leviathan! Even if it kills both of us!” He looked down, he was far too cold to continue. He forced himself to stand, and turned around. Everything was white behind him, but he forced himself to go into the storm, so he could find his home and have some warmth. He decided to go look for Leviathan when the storm died down.
---
A few hours had gone by in the Hothbrok cabin, and Levi had gotten herself adjusted in the short timespan. Mune kept giving her glares whenever she got too close to Jericho, but he insisted that Mune was always like that. Pent tried giving Mune flowers, and she accepted them, only to throw them away when everyone wasn’t looking. When it got closer to bedtime, little makeshift beds were made in the living room. Mune looked at Jericho, her cheeks turning bright pink, “Hey uh Jeri! We should totally sleep next to each other-” Jericho shook his head, “Sorry Mune, but I wanna sleep next to Levi tonight, maybe some other time.” Leviathan looked over, hearing her name, and Mune gave her a even nastier glare than before. She sighed, and got comfortable in her little bed. She looked to her left, and saw Pentil, then she looked to her right and saw Jericho. He gave her a little smile, which made her heart jump. She smiled back, and slowly drifted to sleep.
