I'm trying to buy VIP but I can't

I did email [email protected] and just waiting for a response, but figured I'd post here in the hopes of getting the issue fixed ASAP. I'm trying to purchase VIP, but when I try to checkout it says "You cannot checkout because you have opened too many chargebacks." To my knowledge, I have never done a chargeback (here at least, I did one at mineswine because it took 8 weeks, no support, no replies, and I never got what I purchased, but that's it).

Why is my gamer name (KHOFAM) on some blacklist and how do I get it off?

It takes some time before they reply to your email, it took like about a couple of weeks for them to deduct my prices for my rank.

Try using a different browser. I'm pretty sure your username won't be blacklisted.
