If a thread goes off-topic in the Off-Topic section, does it mean that it's On-Topic?

When you uploaded the picture on imgur, right click on it and click on copy linkaddress, or if you want to copy the image instantly just right click the image and click on Copy the image and press CTRL+V in the reply box.
