I need hat help ;-; pleASEEE (For the murder game.)

K, So, I cannot For the life of me figure out how to get the hardened clay hat that changes color depending on what color you are in the game. Now, I know that this may seem stupid. But I bought the hardened clay hat, I just don't know if you need a rank or something to get it to change color. Like, Do you need to be VIP+ Elite or E+? My rank is currently VIP. ;-; I just need someone to tell me if you don't mindddd. ;c;

It's not rank.
It should tell you once you have enough hats to unlock it.
It's referred to as the 'stained clay hat'
You need lots of hats and all the achievements, (Except the name in murder ones).
