I donated but didnt get a Site tag?

day before Yesterday (Or yesterday....?), I bought the VIP rank and I wanted to apply for staff but not only do I not have the rank on the website to do so but I also cant find a list of requirements. So can someone help me with both of these issues please? Thank you! :D
 
Have you /linked your email on the server yet? If so, you need to do so. If you are having trouble linking your email, please contact staff.
Once you are linked, it may take a while for your VIP tag to appear on your profile.
To apply for Helper, you need:
  • VIP.
  • To be at least 14 of age.
  • To be registered on forums for at least a week.
  • To have a total of 25 or more forum points.
  • To have at least some experience, which you'll explain in your app.

I had the same problem before, /link (email) doesn't really work. Like it links to your forum profile but if you have a rank it doesn't show up.. I had to ask an admin to add the VIP tag to my forum profile. So if you see an Admin online, i recommend you talk to them.
