Applying doesn't mean you'll get it. Look at all the VIP's in PZ - if they all got accepted we would have majorly an immature group abusing their power and not helping - that's not fun for anybody, now is it?

As for your application, after filling it in you, would need to and be required to wait until it's accepted or denied. If you go to the applications and click "helper applications" it'll show you whether it's denied, accepted, or being decided still.

Also, please don't double post. You can just edit more into the first post.
