I cant veiw the page to get helper!

basicly on the server I did the /link thing I try to view the page to get helper and it sais

/link is used to link your minecraft account with your forum account
 
You need to be VIP for over a week and active on the forums to apply.

Also, if you applied before it will say that there is an error viewing it.
 
It says when you go to the application area that you need VIP for a week to apply for helper
