how do you do the link word?

I have seen people say "Use the correct format found here" And when they click on the "here" it takes them to a link. How do you do this?

• You get the webpage link in which you want the word to direct you to.
• You then highlight the word that you want them to click on. Such as "here".
• Click on the paper clip and then put the link in.
