How Do I Get Helper, Please Help

So I Am Trying to apply for helper, i just don't know why. i have been trying what people have said but i have been getting to confused. Please Help me, and maybe put the instructions in the replying thing, i think, anyways, please help!

To apply for helper you need to:
-Have donated to the server
-Have been registered on the website for over week
-Have 25 forum points
-Be at least 14 years old

If you're going to apply for helper, you should be totally clear on why you're doing it. It's something that requires a lot of commitment. Now I might not know what it means to be a helper but I know that you should be sincere and careful as well. You only get to apply once and that's it. Also remember that you're accepting this as a kind of part-time job with no actual pay.

So, be very careful when you apply. And when I say very, I mean VERY.
