Can you fix my murder rank? I was about 3% away from Gold and then it glitched and sent me down to Dirt. Because of the inconvenience I would very much appreciate if you made me Gold right away. Thank you, Hope.

This would very unlikely happen, if it did it is probably because you haven’t played the game in a while, if so your rank hasn’t been changed but you have been set to dirt so active players can take the spaces, if so all you have to do is play a couple of games and you rank should go back to normal, if this isn’t the case then I’d recommend contacting a developer or creating a bug report about it.
