Can Helpers ban people if they feel they have to?

We can only ban for one day, but we usually don't unless no higher staff are online.

There has to be a reason.
like:
spam,
hacks (need proof)
Abuse
etc

They would need proof, (though before I've seen helpers ban for no reason)

Helpers are allowed to ban up to one day. If a player is doing something wrong that is a punishment for a 24-hour ban, Helpers are allowed ban that user.
