General Helper Application Auto-Reset

The title says it all.
Make the helper applications auto-reset after 2 months.
That's really it.

It's supposed to, the application system is done through a 3rd Party addon to the XenForo forum software PartyZone uses and it just doesn't work for that. There's not much PZ can do.

I think Sr.Mods and up all have the ability to reset the helper app

The Sr.Mods and kirstree are in charge of helper apps. And I believe an admin other than tree reset one of my apps

From what I've been told, only tree is meant to reset applications and Sr Mods aren't able to, but that's just what I've been told and heard.

You have to make a reset application request in order to apply again after 2 months. Once submitted, wait patiently for an admin to respond.

I don’t think this is necessary at the moment, because of what @Emo stated.
