I was looking on the Applications and I saw Helper and Media. Can you tell me exactly what they are and what they do please? Also if they do not encompass being a builder. Can you tell me how to become a builder please?

Media applications are closed atm, but they are basically someone that streams for the network, does graphics for the website and other things. A Helper is someone who helps keep the server safe after a short time they are assessed and if they are good they will become a moderator which is the same sort of rank but with more powers regarding longer punishments.
