Moderators enjoy spending their time helping others and protecting the community. Having the Moderator rank holds a lot of responsibilities but we are happy to do what we do.
It could involve punishing rule breakers, helping people in-chat and generally making MCPZ a better place. All of this is learnt as a Helper though, before being promoted as a Moderator.
