I have optifine downloaded, though I just reset my computer I’ll have to download it again.

If you have a ton of files that you really don't need, delete them. I went from a constant of 30-60 fps to being anywhere between 100-200. Tabs in search engines and apps in the background don't do much to help, either.

I just reset my entire computer, I’m still getting 30-40fps

Yeah, 5-zig is helping kinda though.

5zig is the FPS Hogger, I used Hyperium and it helps idk

Really when I downloaded it, I boosted around 20fps, leaving me at around 50 average on creative.

Oh, maybe you're computer is reversed in time but anyways if it helps it helps.
