I'm Kinda Confused with this
Helper App : You can only ever submit one helper application. If it is denied, you will not be able to submit a new application.
Sarah's Guide to Helper App : If its been 2 months and you can't reapply message any of the HMods.
So Does it mean You Can ONLY Submit one helper application and if it gets denied you'll never be able to reapply again? or We Can still reapply after 2 months?
