Question
If a user is muted and they log off, will their mute be paused and they have to wait out the mute on the server, or will they be able to just do something else while the mute ticks down to expiring.

Once the mute is issued, the timer doesn't stop until the specified time is met, regardless of if the user is on the Network or not.
