I would like to know if the reason for the age limit being 13 is for maturity, or is there another reason for it? If it is just for maturity, can you apply before 13? I am mature and would love to become staff now. If it is maturity, and you can apply before by showing you are mature, then can you just be accepted normally?

Our age limit is a standard level of maturity based on our experiences but also to be fair to other players who may not make the exception to our requirements. If we were to accept 1 person, it would be unfair on the others who don't get accepted for the same reason.
Due to this, I'm afraid we don't make exceptions on our age requirements.
