I'm muted on the discord so I can't submit this suggestion there. Make a FAQ channel. Right under the important tab, big and bright. So many questions are asked multiple times, and have to be constantly answered again and again. I feel as if a big and bright FAQ channel would make dealing with those questions much easier. Also, I'm aware that there is a FAQ in #information, but that's also outdated. There are no longer trainees, why keep that there? You can appeal discord punishments on the forums, why have an extra form for that? Wouldn't that make it more difficult for insights anyway? Discord linking and unlinking doesn't even work right now, does it? Why have a section about how to do it? Then people are going to be confused as to why it doesn't even work.
To Summarize
I think it'd be best to replace the information channel with a #FAQ channel. The descriptions of each channel can be set... well in the description for the channel. That's not difficult whatsoever. Maybe consider removing channels that aren't used, as well.

Also, in the suggestions channel, there's a pinned message but a lot of the information is outdated. Maybe update that, or enforce it. No one puts SUGGESTION on top of suggestions, the suggestion channel hasn't been cleared in a while, and it says to react with a point up emoji if you agree with a suggestion, but upvote if you agree with the suggestion. That's confusing. The simpler, the better.

Hope this doesn't come off as rude. I also hope I don't sound stupid lol
