My murderer percent hasn't moved in over 4 months. I do win a lot as the murderer and it still doesn't move. Is it something wrong or is it just super hard to rank up? (I'm always on 79% Gold)

This can be because of your innocents shot, if you have many innocents shot (like I do) it can have a big effect on the progression of your rank.

As well as this your rank can move around quite a lot when you are offline with people around the similar rank overtaking you etc.

There could be many reasons why your rank isn't moving as I've noticed mine hardly moves either.
