I have a problem. When I'm a bystander everything is fine. My computer runs it perfectly at 50fps. But when I'm the murder my framerate drops from 50 to about 15/20 and I can't play well. I tried lowering my video settings and my view distance but nothing canges still getting 15fps. It does that only when I'm the murder. Why is that? Or is my computer that can't handle it?

What Minecraft version are you in? Some versions of Minecraft have different ways for handling particles (like the footprint).
Try disabling particles in your settings.
