Dear Awesome PZ Staff,

Upon attempting to submit an image (PNG format) as my avatar, I receive the following error:
"The image could not be processed by the server. Please try another or contact the site owner."
Why is this happening? Is my image in the wrong format? Is it too large? Or is the forum server just having a day off?

Avatars cannot be submitted directly to the site as that's not supported. You'll need to use Gravatar
