Is there a certain area in the forums to post art? Or, should you just post it in the 'Off Topic' section?

There isn't a designated art section. If your art is MCPZ related then it should be fine within Community General as it's an MCPZ community creation. If your art isn't MCPZ related then it would probably have to be Off-Topic.
