I think that when the murderer gets shot, there should be the knife beside him/her when he/she falls to the ground. What if the murderer didnt have the knife in his/her inventory before getting shot? You may ask that. The awnser is the text can just say that specific person was the murderer like someone took the knife to a lab to try to find a finger print on it, and then match it to who has that fingerprint.

I agree with Fox, in the murder way murder is set up this doesn't make sense. It anounces who the murderer is once they die and seeing as there is only one, logically it wouldn't be needed. It would end up as extra coding for the develepors to work on and would be pointless.
Only would be remotely applicable in massacre- whenever they decide to pop that back into existence. If they do plan to pop that back into existence that is.
Now having the knives of the murderer dropped near the corpse when they die may be a nice little cosmetic feature, but that's about it... It shouldn't have a practical purpose outside of massacre.

This is not plausible in Murder because when the murderer gets shot, they die and the game immediately tells you who the Murderer was. I recommend playing Murder so you understand the game then you can edit the suggestion to fit. Thank you for suggesting it though!
