Hello. I'm a VIP member on the server, and I was trying to upgrade to Elite, however, it keeps trying to charge me the full $60 amount, when I should only have to pay $40, is there any way to redeem this issue?

If you go onto the store you should see this notice:

According to the discount, if you are currently a VIP, Elite would be $60 USD. The full price of Elite is $79.99 USD, so you have received your discount from purchasing VIP.
