If anyone knows the exact way MCPZ does the thing with the dot in the chat, instead of a colon or something, please comment down below. I REALLY want to know how they do that.

If I had to guess. They use an addon from the ranks that will check how long a MC IGN is, put a space, then add the dot with the same colour as their rank

I mean how they make that exact character that looks like a square dot. I've tried looking for stuff, and it doesn't work.

I'm sure the admins will have symbols (like stars, etc) which they can use. Like the extra part on a phone keyboard, where it has things like:
• ▪¤ °
○□♤♡◇♧☆
●■

So they could use the ▪ for the space between the username and the text typed by the user.
