Donor Rank Upgrades?

Take me for example.. I have a VIP rank and let's say that I wanted to buy Elite+ right now (with the current sale up right now). Instead of paying $120, shouldn't I have to only pay $100?!? If rank upgrades (or similar) are on MCPZ or the store, then I don't see them.

It automatically takes off the price of the rank you have. Elite+ is usually $140, so with the price of VIP taken off, that is $120
 
The higher ranks are discounted according to the price of your current rank.
