To get the 'Active Partier' title you need 25 Trophy Points on the forum. You can get Trophy Points by earning Trophies which are essentially achievements for the forum.
You can see the total amount of Trophy Points and Trophies you have here: https://mcpz.net/members/dogeclan1.29001/trophies
In the bottom bar it says 'Points: 1' which indicates your total trophy points. If you can get this to 25, you will become an 'Active Partier' or 'Active on the forums' in regards to applications.
