Issuing PayPal refunds will automatically get you permanently banned without ever chance of getting unbanned (your current ban is only temporary and you will be able to log on in the near future and you will still have your rank). You also have a chance of no longer being able to make transactions on any other server which uses Buycraft if you decide to issue a refund.
